Read the real estate section of any major newspaper and you are bound to find an article about the benefits of working with an “online agent”.  For example, The Chicago Tribune states, “The best listing agents use aggressive marketing methods, such as their personal Web site, mailing to nearby home owners, relocation services, weekend open houses, broker open houses and weekly newspaper ads.”  The Daily Herald states, “A growing number of people are open to finding an agent online.”
